Kim, you might want to consider sharing your open positions on the Job Board at CareQuorum.com. It's a fantastic community-based resource platform specifically for mental health support professionals, and it's completely free to use.

Vocational experts are skilled in interpreting medical data and evaluating how it affects an individual's ability to work and maintain their quality of life. They consider vocational capacities in addition to medical aspects. Attorneys can utilize vocational experts to assess whether an individual can return to their former employment with or without job modifications. If they return to their former employment with or without job modifications. If they cannot, the vocational expert will determine what kind of work they are capable of performing based on their skills, background, and physical / mental limitations.#vocationalexperts #personalinjury #medicalmalpractice #workerscomp #CRC #plaintiff #defense #CRC #rehabilitationcounselor

What is a Functional Capacity Evaluation?A Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) is a comprehensive assessment of both clinical and functional tests that enable the accurate recording of any person’s ability to work, perform activities of daily living, and measurement of the patient’s overall physical capabilities. FCE’s are used as the industry standard in both plaintiff and defendant situations where the extent of the injury must be verified or in a dispute resolution where the validity of a claim is upheld or queried.Just as the economist needs a vocational rehabilitation assessment to formulate wage loss data and a life care plan to determine future medical care costs, a vocational rehabilitation specialist needs a functional capacity evaluation to accurately determine a client’s return to work feasibility.Visit https://lnkd.in/gBPNSbu for more information or to request a free case evaluation.#drbradpoppie #bradpoppie #injuryreportingconsultants #expertwitnessinphysicaltherapy #expertreporting #expertwitness #experttestimony #medicalcostprojection #costprojections #vocationalrehabilitationassessments #personalinjury #lifecareplanner #fceevaluation #functionalcapacityevaluation #medicalbillreviews #medicalbillreviewservices #expertmedicalwitness #medicalwitness #experttesimonyservices

WHY IN THE WORLD would an OB-GYN want to do this?!?! This is Dr. Sraddha S. Prativadi, an OB-GYN and Rodan+Fields Consultant. Here are her thoughts:"I wanted to offer some perspective here as a physician. People think of being a doctor as the pinnacle of success. Let me tell you what it took and what it takes and you will see that, through this company, the gift you have is immense. Getting an MD takes 8 years of higher education that usually leaves us in over $150,000++ in debt. Med school requires a DAILY commitment from 7am or earlier to nearly midnight for 4 years just to learn and stay on top of everything we need to know. Then we interview for residency at which point in time we make about $45,000 per year on the high end. For FOUR more years, we start our rounds at 5am and work until the evening, making a fraction of minimum wage.We rarely see family, are in some of the harshest professional environments and can barely start paying our loans but are already exposed to medicolegal risk and litigation that can kill our career before it starts. Then, we can either go on to fellowship or start practice and then start making 6-figures while still having to invest hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars on lots of levels of certification, legal CYA, etc. This is 12 -15 years of life just to make low 6-figures yearly. Now take this company- Rodan + Fields - you have MINIMAL investment (my books for the 1st semester of med school cost more than that!!), minimal overhead ($104.95 for this company versus $40,000 a month in private practice ObGyn), you work when you want, have a positive team, you wash your face, get an awesome result, share the awesomeness with others and can grow a business in less than a year and make what took me 12 years of grueling medical training to make.On top of that, you can facilitate massive transformations in people's lives and 💛💚💙💜 TEACH them how to fish and feed them for life and not just give them a fish and feed them for a day. "There you go. It’s always smart to have a plan B, especially before you actually need one! Still skeptical? Give me your best shot, I'll answer ANY questions or objection you've got.#OBGYN #doctorswithsidegigs #rodanandfields #beyourownboss #hireyourself #workfromhomebusiness #opportunity #workfromanywhere #extraincome #buildingdreams #buildyourempire

I've been deliberately shunning my keyboard the past 6 weeks, on medical instructions. Not surprisingly I've found it quite a difficult thing to do, especially when one is an institutionalised worker, my alarm still goes off at 6.30 am. I truly believe every experience offers a learning opportunity - so what have I learnt?:1. Bodies heal2. Surgeons have amazing worthy jobs3. Painkillers with opiates in them are dangerous, necessary, but dangerous4. The buck stops with the patient; it is up to you to do the exercises/physio5. A supportive employer is a blessing6. There's no good time of year to have an 'op'. (In the winter you are stuck indoors and in the summer you would also be stuck indoors)7. Recovery is a bit like maternity leave. You think you are going to have spare time for personal projects. Hah! It is all a blur (drink the water, do the physio, nap, repeat). Fingers crossed I get the all clear to get back to work next week, rejoin the real world and continue making my small difference. It is too late to change careers and become a surgeon however working #forkent does make a difference. My adopted home has a lot to offer business. https://lnkd.in/eTafzeSt
