With a generous compensation of $115K, we are seeking a marketing professional who embodies creativity, strategic insight, and a passion for driving brand growth.
What You'll Do:
- Spearhead creative projects, from concept to completion, aligning with the overarching brand strategy and customer engagement goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to craft and refine sales tools that resonate with customers, fostering education and advocacy.
- Utilize your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to address rapid-turnaround graphic design needs, enhancing our client's digital presence and market position.
- Engage with internal technical and knowledge leaders to develop compelling creative briefs that effectively communicate with target audiences.
- Lead the charge in refreshing and maintaining the company's website, ensuring it serves as a dynamic and engaging brand touchpoint.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to drive strategy, optimize customer engagement, and spearhead lead generation efforts.
- Manage and innovate within digital marketing and advertising campaigns, setting new industry standards.
- Contribute to trade show planning and execution, creating memorable experiences that elevate the brand.
Who We're Looking For:
- A professional with a Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field, complemented by a strong creative portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Office, and basic HTML coding skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales/marketing, with a proven track record in online marketing and social media strategy.
- Someone with outstanding analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills, who thrives in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
